Regulatory Authority
Part 1. Policy Background.
In accordance with Minnesota State Policy 3.29 College and University Transcripts and Minnesota State Procedure 3.29.1 College and University Transcripts, North Hennepin Community College will make the following notations on the reverse side of the common Minnesota State transcript.
Part 2. NHCC Scholar Designation.
Students who did not participate in the Honors program and earned a total cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or above in college level courses will be eligible to graduate as NHCC Scholar and such designation will be noted on the transcript.
Part 3. Honors Program Designation.
Students completing the Honors program requirements will be recognized for that achievement and such honor will be noted on the transcript as High Honors.
Part 4. Honor Society Designation.
Membership in Phi Theta Kappa will be noted on the student’s transcript.
