Notice to Out of State Students Interested in NHCC Distance and Online Education
State and federal laws require colleges and universities to be authorized to offer distance and online education in states other than their own. NHCC has been an approved institution of NC-SARA (National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements) since 2015. SARA establishes national standards for interstate offering of distance-education courses and programs, and member states and institutions commit to a process for resolving consumer complaints.
