The new free college tuition program is called the North Star Promise. Check out the details and learn about eligibility.
By completing the FAFSA or Dream Act, you'll automatically be considered for free college tuition and grants. Grants are free money for tuition you don't need to repay, and you might be eligible for grants even if you're not eligible for free college tuition.
After completing the FAFSA or Dream Act, it can take 2-3 weeks to find out if you qualified for free college tuition or grants, so don't wait.
