Part 1. Individual Professional Development Plan for Unlimited Faculty.

Each unlimited faculty member will submit a professional development plan as per Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board Policy 3.32 and Procedure 3.32.1, Part 8, Subpart B. The faculty member will consult with their supervising dean/director for development and completion of the plan. Deans can give recommendations and feedback, but the final say in professional development plans is with faculty. On an annual basis, the plan will be filed/reviewed and faculty will provide an annual report of accomplishments. Any major changes to the plan will be discussed with the supervising dean/director prior to the changes.

Part 2. Other Policies and Procedures.

All currently effective policies and procedures remain in effect to support this policy, including Faculty Evaluation, and Minnesota State Board Policies.
