John Gregor: "The Eternal Lake"

January 12-January 30, 2015
Opening Reception on Tuesday, January 13, 6-8pm, Joseph Gazzuolo Fine Arts Gallery (FAC 135)

Lake Superior: there is no denying the enormity of a lake so aptly named. In the 12 years since moving near its shore, photographer John Gregor has been inspired, motivated, and captivated by the vast body of water while hiking rocky bays and exploring beachy inlets.  With every tour, he discovers something new and aims to capture its character through his images. This exhibit will showcase work from the last 18 months.  Free admission.

Melancholy Play
Directed by Jason Ballweber

This quirky romantic comedy introduces us to Tilly, whose melancholy is of an exquisite quality.  She turns her melancholy into a sexy thing, and every stranger she meets falls in love with her.  One day, inexplicably, Tilly becomes happy, and wreaks havoc on the lives of those around her.  Frances, Tilly's hairdresser, becomes so melancholy she turns into an almond.  It is up to Tilly to get her back.
