2nd Annual NHCC JazzFest featuring Dean Sorenson with the NHCC Jazz Ensemble
Directed by David Mantini

Dean Sorenson is an Associate Professor and Director of Jazz Studies at the University of Minnesota as well as a prolific and highly sought-after composer, arranger, trombonist, educator, and clinician. He received his bachelor’s degree in trombone performance from the University of Minnesota and his master’s degree in jazz arranging and composition from the Eastman School of Music.

NHCC Theatre is presenting a special encore performance of this powerful, moving production about a harrowing tale based on the true story of the "Lost Boys of Utah". This is a fund-raising event supporting a trip to the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival in Des Moines, Iowa, where NHCC Theatre has been selected to perform. Mature audiences only.
