Office 2016 is the latest version of Microsoft Office. There are some new features with this version and the link above gives an overview of them.
OneDrive is an online storage (cloud) service from Microsoft in which you can have private folders and shared folders. You can share and collaborate with others and access these files from any device using MS Office Online (part of OneDrive). All Faculty, Staff and Students can upload a maximum of 1TB of items to their cloud storage.
WebEx is a web-conferencing technology that enables users to conduct collaborative online meetings or training sessions.
