featuring Radious Guess

Radious is a co-holder of two track and field world records and qualified for the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials in 1980. Today she is a leading expert in educational equity. She will share her story as it relates to the three D’s: Desire, Discipline, Dedication.

Tuesday, February 10, noon-1pm, CBT Grand Hall
featuring Dr. Alvine Laure Siaka, MD

This presentation will discuss the historical impact of AIDS/HIV on the African and African American/Black Communities and it will give an effective framework to address the stigma of the diseases and an agenda for action.

Monday, February 22, 1-3pm, CBT Grand Hall
featuring Walking In Our Authority

This event is a historical Fashion Show from the 1960’s to present with models displaying Historical Characters from slavery to present in “I AM’s.”
